3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@bhavana.life. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review carefully before purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, guidance materials, and AI analyses are owned by Bhavana and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the brainwave headset should follow safety instructions; consult a professional if you have medical concerns.
7. Governing Law

1. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds for subscriptions are only available if you experienced technical issues that prevented use of the service, and you contact us within 7 days of initial purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
